摘　　要：以甲基苯基硅氧烷环体(DnMe,Ph(n=3,4,5))和四甲基四乙基环四硅氧烷(D4Vi)为原料,自制高效催化剂,以六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为封端剂,采用一步开环聚合的方法,成功制得高折射率乙烯基苯基硅油。通过改变反应温度、反应时间和封端剂的用量这三个影响因素,得到最佳制备工艺。对制得的样品进行ATR-FTIR、TG、1H-NMR、折射率测试、透光率测试等测试和表征,制备的产物折射率达到1.54以上、透光率达到90%以上,达到了进口产品性能。将制得的乙烯基苯基硅油按一定配方进行硅氢化反应,用DSC、DMA等表征固化性能。结果表明,自制的乙烯基苯基硅油苯基含量达34%,具有高耐热性,可以满足 LED 封装的要求。In this paper,vinyl phenyl silicone oil,an important basic component of addition-moulded liquid silicone rubber,was studied in detail,aiming at organosilicon materials with superior properties.The experiment uses DnMe,Ph(n=3,4,5)and D4Vi as raw materials,(CH3)4NOH as catalyst,MM as blocking agent,and anionic ring-opening polymerization method to obtain vinyl phenyl silicone oil.The subject studied the effects of different reaction temperature,different reaction time and the amount of blocking agent on the properties of synthetic vinyl phenyl silicone oil.The samples were tested and characterized by ATR-FTIR,TG,1H-NMR,refractive index and transmittance to explore the best performing synthetic processes.The products prepared in the laboratory have a refractive index of more than 1.54 and a light transmittance of over 90%,which have achieved the performance of imported products.The prepared vinyl phenyl silicone oil is hydrosilylated according to a certain formula.The curing properties were characterized by DMA,etc.and compared with imported products.The results show that the self-made vinyl phenyl silicone oil has basically met the requirements of LED packaging and reached the level of imported products.
