摘　　要：熔体齿轮泵用万向联轴器使用寿命仅为1年,通过原因分析,找出关键因素,实施一系列改进措施,万向联轴器实现连续、稳定、可靠运行4年。The service life of universal coupling used in melt gear pump is only one year.through cause analysis,the key factors are found out,implement a series of improvement measures,universal coupling to achieve continuous,stable,reliable operation for 4 years.
