中国文化制造业与文化服务业耦合发展的实证研究

摘　　要：文化制造业和文化服务业作为文化产业的重要组成部分,二者协调发展有利于提高文化产业发展质量。在文化制造业和文化服务业内在耦合机理分析基础上,我们利用耦合协调度模型,测度了2013—2017年中国文化制造业和文化服务业综合发展水平及耦合协调程度。实证结果表明,我国文化制造业综合发展水平不平稳,而文化服务业综合发展水平逐年提高;文化制造业和文化服务业耦合协调度持续上升,但两个产业发展步伐不一致。为进一步提高两个产业综合发展水平,增强文化制造业和文化服务业耦合协调程度,进而提高文化产业发展质量,提出了相应的对策建议。Cultural manufacturing and cultural service industries are important components of the cultural industry.The coordinated development of both can improve the cultural industry quality.Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism in the cultural manufacturing and cultural service industries,the author uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of Chinese cultural manufacturing and cultural service industry from 2013 to 2017.The empirical results show that the comprehensive development level of China s cultural manufacturing industry is not stable and the comprehensive development level of cultural service industry is increasing year by year.The coupling degree of cultural manufacturing industry and cultural service industry continues to rise,but the pace of development of the two industries is inconsistent.In order to further improve the comprehensive development level of the two industries,enhance the coupling degree of cultural manufacturing industry and cultural service industry,and improve the quality of cultural industry development,the author raises the corresponding countermeasures.
