摘 要:以植纹鉴定技术为基础,应用统计学处理方法,对大豆属4种植物叶片表观结构进行了比较研究.结果表明:大豆属4种植物的表观结构具有很高的同源相似性,统计后的植纹特征显示4种大豆相互间存在差异,验证了大豆属植物系统演化的规律,以及大豆属植物由原始到进化的演化顺序:野生大豆—半野生大豆—半栽培大豆—栽培大豆.统计后的植纹数据对大豆属植物分类具有重要的参考价值.This research is based on the Plant Print,and the statistical analysis method were used to study on the apparent structure of 4 Glycine species.The results of the Plant Print showed that:while the apparent structure of 4 Glycine species had high homology similarity,but the consequence demonstrated that there were differences between them when the Plant Print characters by means of mathematical statistics.Giving the rule of the plant of Glycine systematic evolution though the differences.The results of the study can make a conclusion of evolutionary pattern of the Glycine plants from these structure characteristics.It is the wild soybean—semi-wild soybean—semi-cultured soybean—cultured soybean from lower to more evolutionary.It has important significance on classification for Glycine when the Plant Print characters by means of mathematical statistics.
