摘  要:以松嫩平原盐碱地经微生物-纳米整合技术修复前后的土壤为研究对象,通过硅片润湿、土壤吸附、冷冻干燥等步骤制备了扫描电镜(SEM)土壤硅片样本,对改良土壤的团粒与微团粒结构、土壤真菌的生长状态及代谢物聚集颗粒等进行了扫描电镜观察.结果表明:所制备的土壤样本、土壤硅片真菌样本,能够直观反映土壤颗粒的微观结构和真菌生长、代谢状态;盐碱土接种灰绿曲霉后,该真菌能够缠绕盐碱土颗粒生长,其代谢产物能够在土壤上形成纳米粒子,从而改善土壤团粒与微团粒结构.为盐碱地治理、土壤活力检测研究提供了便捷的技术手段.Using the saline soil and remediated saline soil by microbial-nano integration technology from Songnen Plain as the research object,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)samples of soil silicon wafers were prepared by wetting silicon wafers,soil adsorption and freeze-drying,which can scanning the growth status of soil fungi were prepared by means of inserting the silicon wafer.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the structure of aggregates and micro-aggregates of soil,and the growth status and the formed metabolites of soil fungi.The results indicated that the soil samples and soil silicon microbial samples can directly reflect the micro-structure of soil particles and fungal growth and metabolic status,which provides a convenient approach for detecting saline-alkali soil remediation and soil viability.Aspergillus aeruginosa can grow around saline-alkali soil particles,and its metabolites can form nanoparticles in soil,thus improving the structure of soil aggregates and micro-aggregates.This paper provides a convenient technical means for the control of saline-alkali soil and the detection of soil vitality.
