摘 要:目的利用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)及遗忘型轻度认知功能损害(a MCI)海马亚区与全脑功能连接(FC)的特点。方法选取2016年5月~2018年1月解放军总医院第二医学中心神经内科招募筛选的40例AD、37例a MCI和41例健康对照者(NC),并对其rs-fMRI数据进行分析。观察AD及a MCI中这些FC值与认知损害程度(MMSE评分)的相关性。结果左侧海马前、后部与其共性脑区的FC值均表现为AD较a MCI、NC中下降,而右侧海马前、后部与其共性脑区间FC值的改变形式多样。这些FC值绝大部分与认知损害的程度呈正相关。结论 AD及a MCI中海马亚区与其共性脑区间FC值的改变模式具有左右差异。Objective To investigate the characteristics of functional connectivity(FC)between the hippocampal subregions and other brain regions in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and amnestic mild cognitive impairment(a MCI)by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods FC analysis based on the rs-fMRI data of 40 AD,37 aMCI and 41 normal control(NC)subjects which being recruited from department of neurology in the second medical center of Chinese PLA general hospital.The overlapped brain regions which showed altered functional connectivity of the anterior and posterior parts of hippocampus among AD,a MCI and NC subjects were obtained.Then,FC between the hippocampal subregions and their corresponding overlapped regions were further compared among three groups,as well as were observed their correlations with degree of cognitive impairment(MMSE scores)in AD and aMCI.Results FC between left hippocampal subregions and their overlapped brain regions all decreased in AD when compared with aMCI and NC.However,FC between right hippocampal subregions and their overlapped brain regions showed various alteration patterns.Most of those FC correlated with the degree of cognitive impairment.Conclusion In AD and aMCI,the alteration patterns of FC between the hippocampal subregions and their overlapped brain regions are distinct.
