摘　　要：胃切除术并消化道重建方式多种多样,在国际疾病分类ICD-9-CM-3手术与操作分类体系中对该类手术虽有对应的分类及编码,但不够详细与全面。本文搜集和整理相关资料,选取常见的具有代表性的术式进行总结,分析不同术式的临床操作方法、技术要点、差异性与特异性,厘清手术编码思路和查找方法,探讨更合理、精准的分类方法,以期完成对该类手术的编码工作,满足临床的科研、教学和检索需求。There are various methods for gastrectomy and reconstruction of the digestive tract.Although there is a corresponding classification and coding for this type of surgery in the International Disease Classification ICD-9-CM-3 surgery and operation classification system,it is not detailed and comprehensive.This article collects and organizes relevant data,selects common and representative surgical methods to summarize,analyzes the clinical operation methods,technical points,differences and specificities of different surgical methods,clarifies surgical coding ideas and search methods,and explores more reasonable and accurate.Classification method,in order to complete the coding of this type of surgery,to meet the needs of clinical research,teaching and retrieval.
