摘　　要："三农文化"是在中国革命斗争历史基础上积累的、中国特色社会主义建设发展中产生的新型基础理论文化,是典型的大国农业理论与实践的历史文化。从事农业生产与"三农文化"的实践农民占中国人口8亿多。实现文化自信、实现中国梦必须实现国家强盛农业文化软实力,只有这样,才能达到长久的共同富裕,才能实现党的十九大报告中建设伟大的强国梦。The culture of countryside agriculture,and farmers is a new basic theoretical culture accumulated on the basis of the history of China’s revolutionary struggle and produced in the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is a typical historical culture of agricultural theory and practice in a major country.The farmers engage in agricultural production and practicing the culture of countryside,agriculture and farmers account for more than 800 million in China.In order to realize the confidence in culture and the Chinese Dream,we must realize our country’s soft power of puissant culture in agriculture.Only in this way can we achieve long-term common wealth and realize the great dream of building a great country in the report of the 19 th National Congress.
