摘  要:目的探讨3D打印脑血管造影头部固定装置在脑血管造影术中的应用效果。方法采取随机数字法,搜集2016年1月至2018年5月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院介入治疗中心行脑血管造影的患者50例,按就诊顺序编号,采取随机数字法将患者分为观察组及对照组,各25例。对照组使用常规脑血管造影用头部约束带,观察组使用3D打印的脑血管造影头部固定装置。观察记录两组图像质量,患者舒适度,并进行统计。结果两组的图像质量比较,卡方值为4.348,P=0.037<0.05;有显著性差异,观察组图像质量优于对照组。两组的舒适度比较,卡方值为19.1,P<0.001;有显著性差异,观察组舒适度优于对照组。结论3D打印的头部固定装置在脑血管造影术中的应用,不仅减少了医护人员的工作量,有效降低了医患辐射剂量,而且减轻了患者的经济负担,实用性强。Objective To explore the effects of application of a 3D printed head fixation device for cerebral angiogra-phy.Methods We selected 50 patients who underwent cerebral angiography from January 2016 to May 2018.These pa-tients were randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The control group used a conventional head restraint band while the observation group used a 3D printed head fixation device.Image quality and pa-tient comfort of the two groups was recorded.Results The image quality of the two groups was compared,the chi-square value was 4.348,P=0.037<0.05;there was a significant difference,and the image quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Comparing the comfort of the two groups,the chi-square value was 19.1,P<0.001;there was a significant difference,and the comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Con-clusion The application of 3D printed head fixation device in cerebral angiography not only reduces the workload of medi-cal staff,but also effectively reduces the radiation dose to doctors and patients,eases the economic burden of patients,and has strong practicability.
