摘  要:在非线性有限元软件Dynaform平台上,以1725印涂铝盖首次冲压拉深成形为例,在保持其他工艺参数不变的条件下,对不同拉深速度下的冲压拉深成形过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:1725印涂铝盖首次冲压拉深能避免拉裂现象的速度范围为2000~6000 mm·s-1(不包括2000和6000 mm·s-1)。研究了最大壁厚、最小壁厚、最大壁厚与最小壁厚的差值,以及增厚率、减薄率、竖直壁的厚度方差等参数的变化规律,结果发现:1725印涂铝盖首次冲压拉深的合理的速度范围为4000~5500 mm·s-1,其中,4000 mm·s-1是更为理想的拉深速度。最后通过生产试验证明,拉深速度为4000 mm·s-1时可以生产出质量较为理想的合格产品。On the platform of nonlinear finite element software Dynaform,for the first drawing process of 1725 printed aluminum cover,the numerical simulation of stamping and deep drawing process under different drawing speeds was conducted respectively under the condition of keeping other process parameters unchanged. The results show that the drawing speed range for the stamping and deep drawing of the first time for 1725 printed aluminum cover without crack is 2000-6000 mm·s-1( Excluding 2000 and 6000 mm·s-1),and the variation rules of the maximum wall thickness,the minimum wall thickness,the difference between the maximum wall thickness and the minimum wall thickness,as well as the parameters such as the thickening rate,the thinning rate and the thickness variance of vertical wall were studied. The results show that the reasonable speed range of the stamping and deep drawing for 1725 printed aluminum cover of the first time is 4000-5500 mm·s-1,in which 4000 mm·s-1 is the more ideal drawing speed. Finally,the production test shows that the qualified products with ideal quality can be produced with the drawing speed of 4000 mm·s-1.
