摘　　要：以价值理性为引导,通过高校公体教师文化素养培育的现状与诉求解析,从目标培育、意识与合力三个方面,探寻居于公体教师文化素养核心地位的特质,唤醒公体教师的文化自觉,重树教育信念,从而在教育生活中追求其生命价值的实现,更好地教育学生和服务社会。Based on value rationality,this paper analyzes the current situation and demand of the P. E.teachers’ cultural literacy.It explores the teachers’ cultural literacy as the core of teachers’ quality from goalcultivation,consciousness and collaborative ability with the purpose of arousing the teachers ’ cultural consciousness,restoring education belief so as to realize the pursuit of the life value in education and serve the students and the society.
