摘 要:为利用新一代信息通信技术提高企业生产率,以促进中国经济高质量增长,本文基于互补理论阐释了分权决策模式转型提升ICT生产率效应的微观机制。本文的实证结果表明,分权决策与ICT存在互补效应,能够显著提升ICT的生产率效应。进一步的异质性分析结果表明,互补效应在规模越大、定制化程度越高、高技能劳动力越多的企业会越强。本文的研究结果表明,在投资ICT的同时能否推动决策与管理模式转型是企业能否更好地依托新技术实现成功转型的关键,这为当前中国进一步优化智能制造转型路径提供了政策启示。How to use the new generation of information and communication technology to improve the productivity of firms is crucial to the high-quality growth of China’s economy.Based on the complementary theory,our study explains the micro-mechanism of how the transformation of decentralized decision-making model increases the productivity effects of ICT.Further empirical studies find that the decentralized decision-making model and ICT form a complementary effect,which can significantly improve the productivity effect of ICT.This conclusion is still valid after considering the endogeneity and a series of robustness tests.The heterogeneity analysis also finds that the complementary effect is significantly enhanced in firms with larger scale,higher degree of customization and more skilled labor.Our study shows that to promote the transformation of decision-making and management model while investing in ICT is the key to whether firms can better rely on new technologies for successful transformation,which provides policy enlightenment for China to further optimize the transformation path of intelligent manufacturing.
