摘 要:利用扫描电镜对4种类型绣球属共10个品种的花粉形态特征进行了观察和比较,并进行了聚类分析。结果表明,10个绣球属品种花粉粒为小型花粉,花粉粒近长球形、长球形成超长球形,三孔沟;花粉外壁纹饰可分为网状和皱波状2个类型;花粉形状、网眼大小、沟长、沟宽等方面存在一定差异,可作为区分不同品种的辅助依据;花粉形态聚类分析结果与传统形态分类结果有一定的相似之处。Pollen morphological features of 10 Hydrangea L.cultivars were examined using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and cluster analysis was conducted based on observation result.The results showed that the pollen grain was in small-size,and subprolate,prolate or perprolate in shape with three colporate.The pollen surface ornamentation of 10 Hydrangea L.can be divided into reticular and corrugated.There were certain differences in details of pollen morphology,size of pollen grain,size of reticulate,length and width of colpus,so they could provide ancillary evidence for cultivar identification.And the result of cluster analysis forpollen morphology was similar to traditional morphological classification.
