摘  要:生物化学作为食品学科教学过程中重要的专业基础课程,传统教学模式已难以符合当代高等教育的发展要求。根据当前大学生的学习特点及生物化学课程的教学要求,采用蓝墨云班课辅助教学模式,分别从其应用现状、传统教学现状、实际应用情况及今后改进建议4个方面进行了阐述。实践表明,蓝墨云班课在生物化学课程教学中取得了较好的教学效果。As an important specialized basic course in the teaching of food science in colleges and universities,traditional teaching mode of biochemistry has been difficult to meet the developing requirements of contemporary higher education.According to the learning characteristics of current college students and the teaching requirements,mosoink adopted to biochemistry course was analyzed and discussed including its application status,traditional teaching status,practical application and future improvement and suggestions.The practice showed that mosoink had achieved good teaching results in the teaching of biochemistry.
