摘　　要：产前诊断取样技术对双胎染色体异常的精准诊断必不可少。文章从双胎介入性产前诊断的标识系统、操作要点、术后相关风险及取样技术间的优劣对比等方面进行综述,为临床医生相关咨询及处理提供参考。Invasive prenatal testing(eg,chorionic villus sampling or amniocentesis)remains the standard for diagnosis of fetal genetic disorders. We post a comprehensive introduction to the twins’ label system,different sampling techniques and procedure-related risks. This article can provide reference for clinicians to offer patients evidence-based consultation and individual management for twin pregnancies.
