摘 要:目的调查陆军部队基层卫生机构军医工作满意度情况及其影响因素。方法采用工作满意度调查量表(JSS),对2018年5月至2019年9月参加某机构任职培训的基层军医进行整群随机抽样调查;描述性分析各维度及总体满意度的得分情况,采用单因素方差分析与多元线性回归分析相结合的方法探索各维度及总体满意度的相关因素。结果军医总体满意度得分为(115.76±22.54),各维度得分最高的3项是"规章制度""同事"和"管理者",分别为(14.28±4.60)、(13.97±2.91)、(13.96±3.79);多元线性回归分析显示,"生育子女情况""是否通过住院医师规范化培训""周末能否正常轮休""是否志愿献身国防入伍""入伍方式""能否按自己时间安排年休假"是影响总体满意度的主要因素。结论注重基层军医的职业发展,重视人员入伍动机的教育和引导,能有效提升军医的工作满意度。Objective To investigate the job satisfaction and influencing factors of military doctors in army grass-roots troops.Methods Cluster random sampling was conducted to subject military doctors who participated in a job training in an institution from May 2018 to September 2019.Questionnaires,including job satisfaction survey scale(JSS)were used to conduct a survey on the participants.The scores of each dimension and the overall satisfaction were analyzed by descriptive analysis,and the influencing factors of each dimension and the overall satisfaction were explored by the combination of one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total satisfaction of the participants was 115.76±22.54,and the top 3 dimension with highest scores were“rules and regulations(14.28±4.60)”,“colleagues(13.97±2.91)”and“managers(13.96±3.79)”in turn.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that“the situation of bearing children”,“whether passing the standardized training of resident doctors”,“whether taking a regular weekend off”,“whether volunteering for national defense”,“way of enlistment”and“whether arranging annual vacation according to their own time”were the independent influencing factors for overall satisfaction.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the professional development of military doctors from grass-roots troops,and to education and guidance of their motivation for enlistment in order to effectively improve their job satisfaction.
