摘 要:恶性肿瘤患者是营养不良高危人群,营养不良影响患者生活质量,降低肿瘤治疗有效性,增加化疗毒副作用,致使肿瘤治疗周期不足或中断,影响生存及预后,恶性肿瘤营养不良发生率为40%~80%。肿瘤化疗患者及早给予营养风险筛查,提供有效营养支持,提高肿瘤患者对放化疗治疗耐受力、敏感性及顺应性,改善生活质量、延长生存期等方面具有重要意义。People with malignant tumor are considered most at-risk of the consequences of malnutrition, which damages to the life quality, reduces the effectiveness of tumor therapy strategies, increases toxicity of chemotherapy, thus leading to inadequacy or interruption of cycle treatment, and influencing the survival and prognosis. The rate of malnutrition in cancer is about 40%~80%. Early nutritional screening and effective nutritional support for these patients can be benefit to improve the tolerance, sensibility and compliance to chemoradiotherapy, improve quality of life, and prolong the survival time.
