激光在牙周微创治疗中的应用

摘　　要：随着社会老龄化进程的加快,医学多元化、技术精准化的需求日渐突出,"微创治疗"的理念应运而生。在实现相同治疗目标的前提下,牙周微创治疗是指采用替代性或辅助性器械设备或技术控制牙周感染,同时减少对周围健康组织的损伤,减轻创伤疼痛,促进组织愈合--从而获得更好的治疗效果与患者接受度的方法。近年来,口腔激光治疗因具有安全、精准、多潜能效应、舒适度高等特点在辅助龈下刮治与根面平整、牙周软组织手术、闭合瓣冠延长术等牙周微创治疗中凸显优势。文章将结合常见口腔激光种类及特点介绍激光在牙周微创治疗中的原理,并通过与传统治疗方式比较,对其在常见牙周治疗中的临床应用进行阐述。The rapid development of the aging society and medical technology has greatly established the concept of minimally invasive therapy. Through taking alternative or adjunctive device or technology,the aim of minimally invasive periodontal therapy is to obtain better treatment outcomes,as well as patient acceptance,by controlling periodontal inflammation,reducing the damage of healthy tissues,relieving the pain of patients,and promoting the wound healing. Oral laser treatment is characterized by its safety,precision,pluripotency and comfort,and has been applied in periodontal minimally invasive treatment such as subgingival scaling and root planing,soft and hard tissue surgery and flapless crown lengthening. In this article,principles and characteristics of laser application in the periodontal treatment,especially in the minimally invasive field,will be introduced and reviewed.
