摘　　要：目的探究根管超声荡洗对成人根尖诱导成形术治疗效果的影响。方法选取2013年3月至2016年8月在德阳市口腔医院口腔内科接受根尖诱导成形术治疗的成人患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。两组患者均在根管预备消毒后以Metapex糊剂为诱导材料行根尖诱导成形术,其中对照组采用常规注射器冲洗,观察组采用超声荡洗。术后3 d内观察患者的疼痛发生情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果术后3 d内对照组患者的疼痛发生率为36.67%,高于观察组的13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.356,P=0.037)。治疗后随访2年,观察组的有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.32,P=0.038)。结论根管超声荡洗用于成人根尖诱导成形术中能显著减轻患者术后的疼痛感,提升治疗效果,具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic root canal irrigation on the treatment outcome of apexification for adults. Methods Totally 60 cases of adult patients who underwent apexification in Department of Stomatology,Deyang Stomatological Hospital,from March 2013 to August 2016 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients in two groups were given apexification by taking Metapex paste as inductive material after preparing and sterilizing the root canal. The control group was given conventional syringe irrigation,and the observation group was given ultrasonic irrigation. The incidence rate of pain was observed for 3 days after operation to compare clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results Within 3 days after the operation,the incidence rate of pain in the observation group(36.67%)was higher than that in the observation group(13.33%);there was a statistically significant difference(χ~2= 4.356,P = 0.037). In a 2-year follow-up after treatment,the effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was also statistically significant(χ~2= 4.32,P = 0.038). Conclusion Ultrasonic irrigation in root canal can significantly reduce the postoperative pain in the apexification treatment for adults and improve the treatment effectiveness,which has good clinical efficacy.
