摘  要:目的了解陕西省市售茶叶中农药残留情况。方法根据《2016年陕西省食品化学污染物及有害因素监测方案》要求,在全省10个地市共采集123份茶叶样品,用气相色谱-质谱法集中检测11项农药残留指标,以《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2016)为评价标准对数据进行处理分析。结果2016年全省共采集茶叶样品123份,检出35份,检出率为28.5%,无超标样品。11项检测指标中三氯杀螨醇、虫螨腈、联苯菊酯和甲氰菊酯4种有检出,其中虫螨腈检出率最高(24.4%),其次为联苯菊酯(13.8%),定型包装和散装茶叶之间农药残留检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.27,P>0.05),茶叶与代用茶之间农药残留检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.9,P<0.05)。另外在检出的35份样品中,农药联合混用情况明显。结论2016年陕西省市售茶叶中农药残留有检出,根据新标准,无超标样品,但仍需引起注意。Objective To investigate the pesticide residues in commercially available tea of Shaanxi.Methods A total of 123 tea samples were collected from 10 cities in Shaanxi Province and 11 pesticide residue indicators were detected using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)according to the Monitoring Plan of Food Chemical Pollutants and Harmful Factors of Shaanxi in 2016.The detection results were evaluated according to the Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food(GB 2763—2016).Results In 2016,a total of 123 tea samples were collected in the whole province in which contain pesticides were detected from 35 tea samples.The detection rate was 28.5%.No sample was detected to exceed the maximum residue limits of pesticides.Of the 11 detection indicators,4 pesticides of dicofol,acarbonitrile,bifenthrin and fenpropathrin were detected.The highest detection rate was observed in pyracronil(24.4%),followed by bifenthrin(13.8%).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate of pesticide residues between packaged tea and bulk tea(χ^2=1.27,P>0.05),but there was statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate of pesticide residues between tea and substitute tea(χ^2=11.9,P<0.05).In addition,of the detected 35 tea samples,the combined use of pesticides was obvious.Conclusion In 2016,pesticide residues in commercially available tea of Shaanxi Province were detected.Although no sample exceeded the limits according to the new standard,attentions still need to be paid.
