摘  要:脑卒中患者吞咽困难继发的营养不良会阻碍患者的康复进程,肠内营养治疗是改善患者营养状况的有效方法,然而国内尚缺乏统一规范,无法指导医护人员有效实施肠内营养治疗。本文综述国外脑卒中患者肠内营养管理新进展,包括脑卒中患者营养不良的筛查、肠内营养治疗的时机与方法、治疗的潜在危险与注意事项,以期为我国脑卒中患者肠内营养治疗与管理提供全新的视角。Malnutrition secondary to dysphagia in stroke patients can hinder the recovery process of patients.Enteral nutrition therapy is an effective method to improve the nutritional status of patients.However,there is still no uniform regulation in China,which can not guide medical staff to effectively implement enteral nutrition therapy.This article reviews the recent advances in enteral nutrition management in stroke patients abroad,including screening for malnutrition in stroke patients,timing and methods of enteral nutrition therapy,potential risks and precautions for treatment,in order to provide enteral nutrition for stroke patients in China.Provide a reference for treatment and management.
