摘　　要：以orbit专利数据库收录的1997~2017年期间NEMS传感器技术专利分布为研究对象,通过对其年度分布、国家分布、竞争机构分布及技术领域分布等方面的分析,全面揭示NEMS传感器技术的发展现状及趋势,为我国政府、科研机构、行业协会及企业制定科技发展计划、开展相关技术研发等提供决策支持与事实依据。Based on global NEMS-sensor patents collected by orbit database from 1997~2017,this paper elaborates the development status and trends of NEMS sensor technology,through the quantitative analysis of distribution in the year,the state,the institution and the application,in hope of providing an objective statistic reference for future policy directions and academic researches.
