摘  要:目的探讨高压氧联合瑞舒伐他汀对心源性脑梗死患者的神经功能、血液流变学、氧化相关物质的影响。方法收集本次临床所要求的100例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。其中对照组给予高压氧+神经内科常规药物+针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上给予口服瑞舒伐他汀,两组患者均连续进行3个月治疗。治疗后评估两组血液流变学指标、氧化相关物质(SOD、GSH-Px、ROS、MDA),并采用美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIISS)评估其神经功能,采用Barthel量表评估患者生活自理能力。结果治疗后两组患者血液流变学指标均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者外周血清SOD、GS1H-Px均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者外周血清ROS、MDA均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的Barthel评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高压氧的基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀,能通过改善心源性脑梗死患者的血液流变学与氧化/抗氧化物质浓度来促进神经功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy(blood rheology,oxidative index,and neurological function)of hyperbaric oxygenation combined with rosuvastatin on patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction.Methods Selecting the 100 patients with cardiogenic cerebral infarction according to the require of our research,then the 100 patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(u=50).The patients in the control group were given hyperbaric oxygenation+conventional drug therapy+scalp-acupuncture,observation group additionally received rosuvastatin.Two groups were treated for continuous 3 months.After treatment,we evaluated the change of blood rheology,oxidative index,and used the NIHSS(NIH stroke scale)and Barthel to evaluate the neurological function.Results After treatment,the blood rheology were lower than pretherapy(P<0.05),the blood rheology of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);the SOD,GSH-Px were higher than pretherapy(P<0.05),the blood rheology of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the ROS,MDA were lower than pretherapy(P<0.05),the blood rheology of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of NIHSS were lower thanpretherapy,and had statistical significance(P<0.05),the score of NIHSS of observation group were lower than control group,and had statistical significance(P<0.05);the score of Barthel were higher than prethcrapy,and had statistical significance(P<0.05),the score of Barthel of observation group were higher than control group,and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Given rosuvastatin on the basic of hyperbaric oxygenation can improve the neurological function through improving the blood rheology and the oxidative index.
