摘　　要：神经发育疗法(Bobath)是按照人体发育过程,通过抑制痉挛,引起正常的运动形式为方针的康复疗法。近年来,Bobath在脑损伤康复的广泛应用及深入发展,极大地提高了脑损伤患者康复水平。文章通过查阅有关Bobath疗法的相关书籍及搜索国内外数据库,论述Bobath技术在脑损伤康复临床中的应用及最新研究进展,并进一步探讨Bobath的临床康复意义。The neurodevelopmental therapy(Bobath)is a rehabilitation therapy based on the principle of inhibiting spasm and causing normal movement form according to the development process of human body.In recent years,Bobath has been widely used and developed in brain injury rehabilitation,which greatly improves the rehabilitation level of brain injury patients.This article explores the clinical application and latest research progress of Bobath technology by reading related books on Bobath therapy and searching domestic and foreign databases.In addition discusses the application of Bobath technology in the clinical rehabilitation of brain injury and the latest research progress,and further discusses the clinical rehabilitation significance of Bobath.
