摘 要:目的对一起食物中毒事件中分离的5株金黄色葡萄球菌进行病原学检测及溯源分析。方法利用胶体金免疫层析法检测肠毒素、微量肉汤稀释法检测药物敏感性及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术进行分子分型溯源。结果 5株金黄色葡萄球菌均产生A和C混合型肠毒素。药物敏感试验结果显示1株来源于呕吐物的菌株对红霉素耐药,对苯唑西林、万古霉素、四环素、氯霉素、克林霉素、环丙沙星、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑抗生物均敏感;另外4株菌株对这8种抗生素均敏感。其中4株菌的PFGE带型完全相同,为100%同源;另外一株菌的带型与上述4株不同,为70.59%同源。结论此次食物中毒主要由豆皮和鸡肉中污染了产生A型和C型肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌引起。用PFGE对食物中毒病原菌进行溯源分析,为相关部门处理与控制此次事件提供了依据。Objective Five strains of staphylococcus aureus isolated from a case of food poisoning were analyzed for pathogen detection and traceability. Methods colloidal gold immunochromatography was used to detect enterotoxins, broth microdilution method was used to detect antimicrobial susceptibility, and Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis(PFGE) was used to trace homology. Results 5 strains of the Staphylococcus aureus detected in samples of food poisoning were identified to be able to produce type A, C enterotoxins. The results in antibiotic sensitivity test showed 1 strain from the vomitus was resistant to Erythromyci, that it’s sensitive to Oxacillin, Vancomycin, Tetracycline, Chloramphenicol, Clindamycin, Ciprofloxacin and Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole, and that the other 4 strains were sensitive to them;The PFGE bands of four strains were absolutely identical, homology is 100%. Another strain of the PFGE bands was different from the 4 strains above, homology is 70.59%. Another strain of the PFGE bands was different from the 4 strains above, homology is 70.59%. Conclusion The food poisoning outbreak was associated with the bean curd and chicken contaminated with Staphylococcus, which produces enterotoxins A and C. The PFGE, for this time, was used to trace homology of food poisoning pathogens, providing a basis for relevant departments to deal with control this incident.
