应付方式、父母教养方式对抑郁症患者功能失调性认知的作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究应付方式、父母教养方式对抑郁症患者功能失调性认知的作用。方法采用应付方式问卷、父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)及功能失调性态度量表(DAS)对116例缓解期抑郁患者进行评估。结果DAS各因子与应付方式问卷、EMBU存在不同程度的相关。回归分析结果显示,合理化和父亲情感温暖对脆弱性认知的预测作用是14%;合理化、父亲惩罚严厉、父亲过分保护和求助对吸引和排斥的预测作用为35.8%;合理化和父亲偏爱被试对完美化认知模式的预测是20.4%;父亲惩罚严厉、解决问题、母亲情感温暖对强制性认知图示的预测是24.9%;自责对寻求赞许认知模式的预测是15.7%;自责、母亲惩罚严厉及父亲过分保护对依赖性的预测作用是24%;自责、父亲偏爱被试对自主性的预测作用为20.4%。结论应对方式与功能失调性认知具有较明显的相关性,父母教养方式中父母亲在孩子的功能失调性认知的形成中扮演较重要的角色,在抑郁患者治疗的同时给与相应指导,有减少抑郁复发的可能或提高抑郁治疗的疗效。Objective To explore the effects of coping styles and parental rearing style on dysfunctional cognition in patients with depression.Methods A total of 116 patients with depression in remission stage were selected and assessed with Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU)and Dysfunctional Attitude Scale(DAS).Results There existed some correlations to different extents among all factors of DAS and CSQ,EMBU.The results of regression analysis showed that rationalization and father emotional warmth could predict 14%of vulnerability in DAS;rationalization,father’s harsh punishment,father’s overprotection and seeking help could predict 35.8%of attraction and repulsion;rationalization and father’s preference could predict 20.4%of prefect;father’s harsh punishment,solving problem,mother’s emotional warmth could predict 24.9%of coerciveness;remorse could predict 15.7%of seeking approval;remorse,mother’s harsh punishment and father’s overprotection could predict 24%of dependence;remorse,father’s preference could predict 20.4%of autonomy.Conclusion Coping style is correlated with dysfunctional cognition,whose formation may be influenced by parental rearing style in childhood.Therefore,relevant instructions may reduce the depression recurrence and improve efficacy in the treatment of depression.
