摘　　要：文章着重从水平对接井的设计、施工及运行管理三个方面管理控制的技术要点加以分析,从而实现对盐矿开采的规范管理,达到在安全的前提下提高盐井寿命、合理充分地开发利用地下资源、提升盐矿企业效益的目的。This paper focuses on the analysis of technical points of management and control from three aspects of design,construction and operation management of horizontal butt Wells, so as to achieve the standardized management of salt mine mining,and achieve the purpose of improving the life of salt wells on the premise of safety, reasonably and fully developing and utilizing underground resources, and improving the benefit of salt mine enterprises.
