预防小细胞肺癌患者急性肿瘤溶解综合征的药学监护策略研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床药师参与的药学监护策略对小细胞肺癌患者急性肿瘤溶解综合征(ATLS)的预防作用。方法选择2014年8月-2019年8月我院收治的小细胞肺癌患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者接受常规监护,观察组患者接受临床药师参与的药学监护,分析比较两组患者电解质紊乱和ATLS的发生率。结果观察组患者高尿酸血症、高钾血症、高磷血症、低钙血症的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ATLS的发生率(7.5%)显著低于对照组(20.0%)(P<0.05)。结论临床药师参与小细胞肺癌患者的药学监护可减少ATLS的发生,并可避免严重并发症和副反应的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To study the pharmacological monitoring strategy to prevent small cell lung cancer patients from occurring acute tumor lysis syndrome.Methods Eighty cases of patients with small cell lung cancer were selected from August 2014 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received routine care,and the obsenvation group received pharmaceutical care from clinical pharmacists.Then the incidence of electrolyte disorders and acute tumor lysis syndrome of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The incidences of hyperuricemia,hyperkalemia,hyperphosphatemia,hypocalcemia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of acute tumor lysis syndrome of the observation group(7.5%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(20.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical care for small cell lung cancer patients can reduce the occurrence of acute tumor lysis syndrome and avoid serious complications and side effects of patients.
