热镀锌板SGCC光亮波纹缺陷产生机理分析

摘　　要：采用扫描电镜对热镀锌板SGCC表面镀层光亮波纹缺陷进行观察,发现光亮部分是钢板表面局部未毛化而形成的。查询现场工艺,确定是因薄规格厚镀层产品的表面存在锌层厚度不均,且光整机的轧制力偏低导致表面局部未接触工作辊而造成的。Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the bright ripple defect on the surface of SGCC hot-dip galvanized sheet.It was found that the bright part was formed by local unhairing on the surface of SGCC hot-dip galvanized sheet.By inquiring the on-site process,it is determined that the uneven thickness of zinc layer exists on the surface of thick coated products with thin thickness,and that the low rolling force of skin pass mill results in local non-contact working rolls on the surface.
