摘　　要：新钢公司特厚板坯连铸机投产后,表面横裂纹频发,严重影响产品的交货,通过研究钢种化学成分、铸机矫直温度、结晶器参数、二冷制度等参数对横裂纹的影响,分析了横裂纹形成的机理,并提出了针对性措施,有效解决了特厚板坯的横裂纹问题。After the extra-thick slab caster put into production in commission of Xin Steel,the surface transverse cracks occur frequently,which seriously affects the delivery of the products.By studying the effects of steel chemical composition,straightening temperature,mold parameters,secondary cooling system and other parameters on the transverse cracks,the mechanism of transverse crack formation is analyzed,and the corresponding measures are put forward to effectively solve the transverse crack problem of ultra-thick slabs.
