摘  要:将氯化胆碱、乳酸按一定比例混合制备了低转变温度混合物,随后在混合物中加入SnCl2获得电沉积液。将尺寸为4.5cm×3.0cm的铁片分别在50℃和60℃的电沉积液中沉积了锡层。借助于电导率测定仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和电化学工作站研究了电沉积温度对电沉积锡层的微观形貌、成分、相组成和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:与50℃电沉积的锡层相比,60℃电沉积的锡层的电导率较大,晶粒较粗,孔隙较多,导致其腐蚀电势负移,腐蚀电流密度增大。Low transition temperature mixture was prepared by mixing choline chloride with lactic acid in an appropriate proportion.After this,SnCl2 was added into the low transition temperature mixture with the result that an electroplating bath was prepared.Iron pieces measuring 4.5 cm by 3.0 cm were electroposited with tin in the electroplating bath at 50 and 60℃,respectively.The electroposited tin layers were tested for microstructure,composition,phase constituent and corrosion resistance by means of conductivity measuring instrument,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that relative to the tin layer electrodeposited at 50℃,the tin layer electrodeposited at 60℃exhibited greater conductivity,coarser grains.and more porosity,thus causing its corrosion potential to shift negatively and the corrosion current density to increase.
