试论高校招生就业工作的理念创新

摘　　要：招生与就业是高校工作的重要组成部分,从某种程度上来说,高校毕业生质量的高低决定着高校招生质量的好坏,也关乎高校未来的发展。因此,高校招生就业工作上的理念与政策创新非常关键,需要制定完善的制度,提高高校毕业生的就业率,改善高校学生的就业状况,才有可能满足市场就业需求,提高招生质量,并提高人才培养的质量。本文就高校招生就业工作的理念创新这一论题提出了新的观念,从就业与创业的内涵入手,探讨出相关的建议,以期能缓解就业压力,解决高校毕业生就业难问题,促进招生与就业的和谐发展。Enrollment and employment are an important part of college work.To a large extent,the employment rate of college graduates determines the quality of college enrollment,and it is also related to the future development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the concept and policy innovation of college enrollment and employment work is very important.It is necessary to formulate a sound system to improve the employment rate of college graduates and improve the employment situation of college students,so that it is possible to meet the employment needs of the market,improve the quality of enrollment,and improve the quality of talent training.This paper puts forward a new concept on the topic of innovation in the enrollment and employment of colleges and universities.Starting from the connotation of employment and entrepreneurship,it discusses relevant suggestions,in order to ease the employment pressure,solve the problem of employment difficulties for college graduates,and promote the harmonious development of enrollment and employment.
