高校受资助贫困生反哺农村激励机制探析

摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,农村的发展需要人才的注入。贫困生作为反哺农村的生力军,如何吸引这一群体反哺对于农村可持续发展尤为重要。然而在高校中,贫困生反哺意识普遍较弱,高校资助体系中的反哺教育也略显缺失,激励机制仍不够完善。本文在分析我国高校贫困生反哺意识薄弱表现和资助激励体系现状以及贫困生返乡动因的基础上,以激励理论为导向,结合高校资助工作实际,提出高校反哺激励机制的建议。Under the background of rural rejuvenation,rural development requires the support of talents.Poor students are the main potential force of supporting rural development,so it is especially important for sustainable rural development to attract them to support rural development.However,in colleges and universities,the awareness of poor students to support rural development is generally weak,and the relevant education in the college financial support system is also insufficient,and the stimulation mechanism is still not perfect.Based on the analysis of poor college students'weak awareness of supporting rural development,the current situation of the financial assistance and stimulation system,and the motivations of poor students to return home,this paper,oriented by the stimulation theory,proposes suggestions on the mechanism to stimulate poor college students to support rural development combining the actual financial assistance work of colleges and universities.
