摘 要:目的:探讨超声引导下CNB联合FNAC(CNB/FNAC)检查在甲状腺结节术前诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经组织学证实的137个甲状腺结节术前超声引导下CNB/FNAC检查结果,并与单用FNAC检查结果比较分析。结果:本组超声引导下CNB/FNAC检查与单用FNAC检查诊断甲状腺结节的敏感度分别为97.8%及85.5%,特异性分别为93.6%及82.9%,假阳性率分别为6.4%及17.1%,假阴性率分别为2.2%及14.5%,总准确率分别为96.4%及84.7%。结论:超声引导下CNB/FNAC检查是精准可靠的甲状腺结节术前诊断方法,能明显提高甲状腺恶性结节的检出率,值得临床推广运用。Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided CNB combined with FNAC in the preoperative diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:The results of 137 thyroid nodules confirmed by histology were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of FNAC alone.Results:The sensitivity of CNB/FNAC and FNAC were 97.8%and 85.5%respectively.The specificity was 93.6%and 82.9%.The false positive rate was 6.4%and 17.1%.The false negative rate was 2.2%and 14.5%,and the total accuracy was 96.4%and 84.7%respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided CNB/FNAC is an accurate and reliable method for preoperative diagnosis of thyroid nodules,which can significantly improve the detection rate of thyroid malignant nodules and is worthy of clinical application.
