摘  要:转移相关肺腺癌转录本1(metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT1)是一种与多种疾病(尤其以肿瘤为主)有着密不可分的关系的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)。多项实验证实,在多种肿瘤中MALAT1的表达量均有不同程度异常,且MALAT1对肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和凋亡等功能机制有着不可忽视的影响。多数研究者认为MALAT1在临床应用方面不仅可以用来作为诊断和预测肿瘤的潜在生物学标记,也可以作为治疗特定肿瘤的靶点。本文通过对研究MALAT1在肿瘤性疾病中的异常表达及其影响肿瘤细胞功能的潜在分子机制文章的分析,将与MALAT1功能相关的上游和下游分子进行综合,以促进MALAT1在不同肿瘤性疾病诊断和治疗方面的临床应用,并有望指出MALAT1的新研究方向。Metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)is a long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)closely related to many diseases,especially tumors.Many experiments have confirmed that the expression of MALAT1 in various tumors is abnormal in varying degrees,and MALAT1 has an important effect on the proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis of tumor cells.Most researchers believe that MALAT1 can be used not only as a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prediction of tumors,but also as a therapeutic target for specific tumors.Through the analysis of the abnormal expression of MALAT1 in neoplastic diseases and its potential molecular mechanism affecting the function of tumor cells,we will synthesize the upstream and downstream molecules related to the function of MALAT1 in order to promote the clinical application of MALAT1 in the diagnosis and treatment of different neoplastic diseases,and hopefully point out the new research direction of MALAT1.
