摘 要:目的:探讨骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型患者下切牙唇舌侧牙槽骨骨量大小。方法:选择骨性Ⅲ类患者63例,根据下颌平面角分为高角、均角及低角型,拍摄锥体束CT(CBCT)并应用Dolphin软件分别测量下颌中切牙及侧切牙牙根矢状面唇舌侧牙槽骨面积,进行统计分析。结果:低角型患者下切牙舌侧牙槽骨面积、根周总骨面积大于高角型患者(P<0.05),均角型患者下侧切牙舌侧牙槽骨面积、根周总骨面积大于高角型患者(P<0.05)。结论:低角型及均角型下切牙根周牙槽骨面积较大,高角型骨面积最小,牙齿移动难度较大,风险较高。Objective:To investigate labial and lingual alveolar values among different vertical facial types of skeletal classⅢpatients.Method:A total of 63 skeletal classⅢpatients needed to shot CBCT were divided into low angle,average angle and high angle three groups by FMA,3D images and labial and lingual alveolar area of lower central and lateral incisors on the sagittal section was reconstructed and measured by Dolphin software,then data was analyzed by SPSS.Result:Low angle patients lower incisors had greater area in lingual and the total alveolar compared with high angle type(P<0.05).Average angle patients lower lateral incisors had greater area in lingual and the total alveolar compared with high angle type(P<0.05).Conclusion:The alveolar around lower incisors of the low angle and average angle patients displayed more area.The high angle type displayed the minimum area led to difficultly and dangerously teeth movement.
