摘　　要：运用文献学研究方法,对唐氏治疗“血下泄证”的学术观点、治疗理念、方药特色进行了全面而细致的阐发。唐容川在“血下泄证”的论治中强调,(1)下部出血,治金为先,活用宣、润、清三法,多用风药、喜遣荆防;颇爱花粉、多配柴胡;恒赖“泻白”、常伍人参。(2)遵古不泥,每有灼见,多有豁然开朗之论。发挥赤豆当归散与槐角丸,强调升降同调;拓展黄土汤与石莲汤,凸显清补并行。(3)偏爱种仁之属,力遣一药多能之品,水、火、气、血同治,协调配合,环环相扣,别具匠心。With application of philological methods,this paper tried to analyze comprehensively on TANG's academic opinions,treatment ideas,drug and prescription highlights of"Downward Hemorrhages".As far as"Downward Hemorrhages"are concerned,(1)TANG takes the regulation of lung as top concern in lower parts hemorrhage of body,by making organic combination of three methods:diffusing,nourishing and clearing.He prefers to use drugs of wind category such as Jingjie(Herba Schizonejjetae)and Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)in diffusing method.He likes to utilize Tianhuafeng(Radix Trichosanthis)combined with Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)in nourishing method.He tends to apply Xie Bai San coupled with Renshen(Radix Ginseng).(2)TANG critically inherits anterior masters to carry forward unique,thought-provoking ideas.Chidou Danggui San and Huaijiao Wan have been modified to stress the principle of making balance between upbearing and downbearing,while Huang Tu Tang and Shi Lian Tang have been modified to reiterate the principle of achieving mutually exclusive between clearing and replenishing.(3)Drugs that are seeds and fniits are viewed as favorites by TANG,registering coordinated functions of administrating water,fire,Qi and blood with his sophisticated ideas.
