高校基本建设超投资情况分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展及教育体制改革的深化、各个行业对于人才需求的增加,社会对高等教育资源的客观需求逐年提升,以前的精英教育不断向着大众教育发展。高等教育的大规模发展,也带来高校基本建设的快速发展。在高校建设的过程中,工程超投资的情况屡有发生。基于此,本文对高校基本建设超投资情况进行分析,并提出相应的对策。With the deepening of China's economic development and education system reform,the demand for talents in various industries is increasing,and the objective demand for higher education resources is increasing year by year,which also makes the former elite education continue to develop into mass education.The large-scale development of higher education also brings the rapid development of university infrastructure.In the process of university construction,the situation of project over-investment occurs frequently.This paper analyzes the over-investment situation of university infrastructure construction and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
