儿童间歇性外斜视术后远期眼位回退相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童间外术后远期眼位及其相关因素。方法选取2012年1月至2017年1月住院治疗的儿童间外患者1 12例,分别于手术前后检查患者看远及看近斜视度、双眼视觉、知觉偏斜和视觉抑制情况;对比分析术后远期眼位及眼位回退相关因素。术后随访12-36个月。结果 112例患者中,术后正位82例(73.21%),欠矫22例(19.64%),过矫8例(7.15%)。眼位回退42例(37.50%)。完全功能治愈72例(64.29%)。术后正常视网膜对应92例(82.14%),具有立体视觉的84例(75.0%)。斜视类型、术前双眼视功能状况、不同手术方式等在术后眼位回退率上存在统计学差异。结论儿童间外术后远期眼位与斜视类型、双眼视功能、手术方式有关。Objective To investigate the long-term ocular position recovery and its related factors after intermittent exotropia surgery in children.Method 112 cases of children with intermittent exotropia who were hospitalized from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected.Before and after surgery,the strabismus angle of seeing far and near,the binocular vision,perceptual deviation and visual inhibition of both eyes were checked.Compare the long-term postoperative recovery of the eye and explore the related factors of oular position regression.Results Among the 112 cases,82 cases(73.21%) were positive,22 cases(19.64%) were under correction,and 8 cases(7.15%) were over correction.Oular position regression was found in 42 cases(37.50%).72 cases(64.29%) were fully functionally cured.There were 92 cases(82.14%) with normal retinal correspondence and 84 cases(75.0%) with stereoscopic vision.There were statistically significant differences in the ocular position regression rate of the types of strabismus,binocular visual function before operation and different surgical methods.Conclusion The long-term eye position recovery after intermittent exotropia operation in children is related to the type of strabismus,the existence of binocular visual function and the choice of surgical method.
