压贴三棱镜治疗继发性内斜视临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察压贴三棱镜治疗继发性内斜视的临床疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。回顾分析了18例继发性内斜视患者配戴压贴三棱镜后6~28个月,内斜度数以及双眼视功能的变化。结果 18例继发性内斜视患者配戴前33cm内斜度数为20 (15,25) PD,配戴压贴三棱镜后33cm内斜度数为1 (0,6.5) PD,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-3.416,P=0.001)。配戴前6m内斜度数为20 (15,26.25) PD,配戴后6m内斜度数为5.5(4,8) PD,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-3.412,P=0.001)。配戴前后双眼视功能对比,配戴压贴三棱镜后双眼看远的立体视功能显著优于配戴前,χ^2=6.125,P=0.013。双眼融合功能、看近立体视锐度在配戴前后均无显著统计学差异。结论压贴三棱镜能够显著改善继发性内斜视患者的斜视度和立体视功能。Objective To investigate the effect of press-on prism for consecutive esotropia.Methods 18 cases of consecutive esotropia were analyzed retrospectively after wearing press-on prism for 6~28 months.Results At 33 cm,mean deviation was 20(15,25) PD before wearing press-on prism,mean deviation was 1(0,6.5) PD after wearing.At 6 m,mean deviation was 20(15,26.25) PD before wearing,mean deviation was 5.5(4,8) PD after wearing.There was significantly strabismus difference between before and after wearing press-on prism at 33 cm and 6 m respectively(Z=-3.416,P=0.001;Z=-3.412,P=0.001).Comparison of binocular vision before and after wearing,stereopsis at 6 m after wearing was superior to that before wearing(χ^2=6.125,P=0.013).However,there was no significant difference between before and after wearing press-on prism in binocular fusion function and near-stereopsis acuity.Conclusion Press-on prism can significantly correct the degree of consecutive esotropia and improve the stereopsis.
