非小细胞肺癌CT征象与血尿酸水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血尿酸水平、CT征象与转移的关系。方法回顾性分析病理确定为非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,观察不同CT征象与肺癌转移和血尿酸水平变化的关系及血尿酸水平与肺癌转移的关系。结果肺癌转移组与非转移组患者血尿酸水平无明显差异(P>0.05),CT征象显示支气管截断征在转移组与非转移组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),CT征象显示毛刺征腺癌患者的血尿酸水平较鳞癌患者明显降低(P<0.05),空泡征血尿酸水平较非空泡征明显降低(P<0.05)。结论CT表现为毛刺征患者的血尿酸水平在不同组织学类型中存在差异,空泡征与患者血尿酸水平有一定相关性,空泡征的血尿酸水平在鳞癌和腺癌之间有差异。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level,CT features and metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer identified by pathology was performed to observe the relationship between different CT signs and lung cancer metastasis and changes in blood uric acid levels,and the relationship between blood uric acid levels and lung cancer metastasis.Results There was no significant difference in serum uric acid level between metastasis group and non-metastasis group(P>0.05).CT signs showed that bronchiectomy sign had significant difference between metastasis group and non-metastasis group(P<0.05).CT signs showed that serum uric acid level of adenocarcinoma patients with burr sign was significantly lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma patients.The level of serum uric acid was significantly lower than that of non-vacuole sign.Conclusion It shows that the level of serum uric acid in patients with burr sign on CT varied in different histological types.There is a certain correlation between the vacuole sign and the serum uric acid level of the patients.Serum uric acid in patients with Vacuole sign differs between squamous and adenocarcinoma.
