基于大数据的医学高校智慧校园建设路径探究——以“智慧新医”为例

摘　　要：本文采用社会网络分析法进行智慧校园主题研究文献综述,得出基于高频关键词的智慧校园主题研究社会网络分析图谱,进而分析得出智慧校园主要研究领域、技术运用热点、主力研究机构、智慧校园建设较成熟的应用、对教育教学的影响等,并从智慧校园体系架构研究、关键技术及应用研究、应用服务研究三个方面进行高校智慧校园研究概述。文章通过对高校数据共享面临的问题进行梳理,提出高校大数据治理,以“智慧新医”为例,提出基于大数据的高校智慧校园顶层设计、公共数据交换共享平台架构以及附属医院大数据平台架构,试图通过校园公共数据交换共享、附属医院数据共享互通,提升教学、科研和管理服务水平,提升附属医院医疗水平,最终实现医、教、研、用全面协调发展。This paper has done a literature review of smart campus thematic research by adopting social network analysis method,gained a spectrum of a graph of social network analysis of smart campus thematic research based on high-frequency key words,and then,through analysis,got the main research area of smart campus,the hotspot of technological application,the research organization of main strength,a rather mature application established by smart campus,and influence on education and teaching,etc.,this paper has also made a summary of the research on college smart campus from three aspects,namely,research on the architecture of smart campus,research on key technology and application,and research on application service.Through combing the problems faced by college data sharing,this paper puts forward the governing of college big data,the top-level design of college smart campus based on big data,taking“New Smart Doctors”as an example,and also the architecture of public data exchange and sharing platform and the architecture of big data platform of affiliated hospital,trying to promote the levels of teaching,doing research and management service,also the medical level of affiliated hospital,and finally realize the overall coordinated development of medical treatment,teaching,research and usage through the exchange and sharing of public data on campus and the sharing and interflow of data in affiliated hospital.
