PSA、f/tPSA在前列腺癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探究前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、血清游离前列腺特异抗原(f PSA)与总前列腺特异抗原(t PSA)比值(f/t PSA)在前列腺癌患者血清中表达水平及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2016年5月-2018年5月于笔者所在医院就诊的76例前列腺癌患者和同期在笔者所在医院体检的80例健康者资料,分别设置为观察组与对照组,均接受血清PSA、f PSA及t PSA检查。依据前列腺癌临床分期,将观察组分为A组、B组、C组。比较观察组与对照组及A、B、C三组血清PSA、f PSA、t PSA及f/t PSA水平。结果:观察组血清PSA、f PSA、t PSA水平均高于对照组,f/t PSA水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组血清PSA、f PSA、t PSA水平均高于A组、B组,B组血清PSA、f PSA、t PSA水平均高于A组,C组血清f/t PSA水平低于A组、B组,B组血清f/t PSA水平低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌患者血清PSA水平可用于判断前列腺癌病情。Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of prostate specific antigen(PSA),ratio of serum free prostate specific antigen(fPSA)to total prostate specific antigen(tPSA)(f/tPSA)in serum of patients with prostate cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 76 patients with prostate cancer who were diagnosed in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 and 80 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period,and they were set as the observation group and the control group respectively.All participants underwent serum PSA,fPSA and tPSA examinations.According to the clinical stages of prostate cancer,the observation group was divided into the group A,the group B and the group C.Serum PSA,fPSA,tPSA and f/tPSA were compared between the observation group and the control group and the group A,the group B and the group C.Result:The levels of serum PSA,fPSA and tPSA in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while f/tPSA was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum PSA,fPSA and tPSA in the group C were higher than those of the group A and the group B,and the levels of serum PSA,fPSA and tPSA in the group B were higher than those of the group A.The levels of serum f/tPSA in the group C was lower than that of the group A and the group B,while the levels of serum f/tPSA in the group B was lower than that of the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum PSA in patients with prostate cancer can be used to determine the status of prostate cancer.
