盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜诊疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在上消化道内镜诊疗中的应用效果。方法于本院消化内科收治的上消化道内镜诊疗患者中随机选取200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例)。对照组采用常规上消化道内镜诊疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸达克罗宁胶浆。比较两组的诊疗效果。结果观察组患者的一次检查成功率、疾病检出率、麻醉效果满意度、祛泡效果满意度均高于对照组,检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将盐酸达克罗宁胶浆应用于上消化道内镜诊疗中,可有效减轻患者的痛苦、提升舒适度、改善麻醉润滑效果及祛泡效果、提高一次检查成功率及疾病的检出率、减少不良反应。Objective To observe the application effect of dyclonine hydrochloric mucilage in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods The patients with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract admitted in the digestive system department of the hospital were randomly selected 200 cases as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases) by the random number table method. The control group was given conventional endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract, and the observation group was given dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage on the basis of the control group. The diagnosis and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of one-time examination, detection rate of disease, the satisfaction rate of anesthetic effect, the satisfaction rate of defoaming effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the examination time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve the comfort, the effect of anesthesia lubrication and defoaming, the success rate of one-time examination and the detection rate of diseases, and decrease adverse reactions.
