摘  要:目的:探究COX-2及CEA在结肠癌分子病理研究中的作用。方法:以笔者所在医院于2016年2月-2018年2月收治的60例因患结肠癌而接受手术的患者的组织标本作为研究对象,取患者的新鲜结肠癌组织,包括近、远端癌旁1、2、3 cm的肠壁组织及距肿瘤8 cm处的正常肠壁组织,使用RT-PCR技术检测CEA、COX-2在以上组织中的表达情况,探讨COX-2及CEA在结肠癌分子病理中的作用。结果:肿瘤组织、不同距离肿瘤切缘组织CEA mRNA、COX-2 mRNA的阳性率随着远离肿瘤而降低。近、远端3 cm的肠壁组织CEA mRNA、COX-2的阳性率与正常肠壁组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:COX-2、CEA可能参与了结肠癌的发生、发展及浸润过程,临床应在术后进行COX-2、CEA检测,这有助于医生通过肿瘤的生物学特征做出正确的临床判断。Objective:To investigate the role of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in the molecular pathology of colon cancer.Method:The tissue specimens of 60 patients with radical resection of colon cancer treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were collected.Fresh colon cancer tissues,distal and proximal adjacent 1,2 cm and 3 cm intestinal wall tissues and 8 cm normal intestinal wall tissues were collected.The expression of CEA and COX-2 in the above tissues was detected by RT-PCR,and COX-2 was discussed.The role of CEA in molecular pathology of colon cancer.Result:The positive rates of CEA and COX-2 in tumor tissues,incision margin tissues and distant intestinal wall tissues decreased with the distance from the tumor.There was no significant difference between the positive rates of CEA and COX-2 in proximal and distal intestinal wall tissues and that in normal intestinal wall tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:COX-2 and CEA may be involved in the occurrence,development and infiltration of colon cancer.Detection of COX-2 and CEA should be performed in clinic after operation,which is helpful for clinicians to make correct judgement on the biological characteristics of colon cancer.
