海奥口腔修复膜与Geistlich Bio-Gid胶原膜对即刻种植牙疗效及骨修复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨海奥口腔修复膜与Geistlich Bio-Gid胶原膜对即刻种植牙疗效及骨修复的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的65例即刻种植牙患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(33例)与对照组(32例),两组均采用膜引导骨再生技术,在此过程中,对照组采用海奥口腔修复膜,研究组采用Geistlich Bio-Gid胶原膜,比较两组疗效。结果:两组唇侧骨板厚度、牙槽骨植骨厚度、牙槽骨厚度及成骨厚度对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组总有效率及满意度分别为96.97%、96.97%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Geistlich BioGid胶原膜在即刻种植牙中的效果显著,有利于促进骨修复,且患者的满意度较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Hai’ao oral rehabilitation membrane and Geistlich Bio-Gid collagen membrane on immediate implants and bone repair.Method:Sixty-five patients with immediate implants admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,and patients were randomly divided into the study group(33 cases) and the control group(32 cases),and both groups were treated with membrane guided bone regeneration technique.In this process,the control group was treated with Hai’ao oral rehabilitation membrane,and the study group was treated with Geistlich Bio-Gid collagen membrane.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The thickness of the labial bone plate,the thickness of the alveolar bone graft,the thickness of the alveolar bone and the thickness of the osteogenesis were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate and satisfaction of the study group were 96.97% and 96.97%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Geistlich BioGid collagen membrane has a significant effect on immediate implants,which is beneficial to promote bone repair and has high patients’ satisfaction.
