小果唐松草的化学成分及抑菌活性研究

摘  要:目的分离小果唐松草的化学成分并研究其抑菌活性。方法运用系统溶剂法、正反向硅胶色谱柱法、凝胶色谱柱法及半制备型高效液相法对小果唐松草的化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构;运用微量倍比稀释法测定化合物抑菌活性。结果从小果唐松草95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了8个化合物,分别为n-butyl-isobutyl terephthalate,缬草烯酸,乙酸蛇麻脂醇酯,9,10-anthracenediones,stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione,豆甾醇,2,6-二甲氧基苯醌,5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde。结论8个化合物均首次从小果唐松草中分离得到,缬草烯酸对绿脓假单胞菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌作用,5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑菌作用。Objective To study the chemical constitutents and its antibacterial activity from Thalictrum microgynum Lecoy.ex Oliv.Method The compounds were isolated by the solvent extraction,silica gel,reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography,gel chromatography and semi-preparative HLPC.The structures of 8 compounds were identified by spectroscopy methods and the antibacterial activity of these compounds were tested.Result 8 compounds were isolated from EtOAc fraction of the 95%ethanol extract from Thalictrum microgynum Lecoy.ex Oliv.The compounds 1~8 were n-butyl-isobutyl terephthalate,Valerenic acid,Lupeol acetate,9,10-anthracenediones,stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione,stigmasterol,2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinon and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde.Conclusion 8 compounds were isolated from the plant of Thalictrum microgynum Lecoy.ex Oliv for the first time.The valeric acid had a certain antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E.coli,and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde had a certain antibacterial effect on S.aureus.
