理疗结合水中运动康复疗法治疗腓总神经损伤患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨理疗结合水中运动康复疗法治疗腓总神经损伤患者的临床效果。方法将本院收诊的94例腓总神经损伤患者采用分层随机法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。两组均接受药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予传统康复疗法,观察组给予理疗结合水中运动康复疗法。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗2个月后,两组患者的表面肌电活动波幅与腓总神经MCV均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组患者10 m步行速度、踝背屈主动关节活动度及FMA下肢评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理疗结合水中运动康复疗法可有效提高腓总神经损伤患者的临床疗效与预后质量,促使其表面肌电图指标趋于正常,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of physical therapy combined with water exercise rehabilitation therapy on patients with common peroneal nerve injury. Methods Ninety-four patients with common peroneal nerve injury treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by stratified random method, with 47 cases in each group. Both groups received drug treatment. On this basis, the control group was given traditional rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group was given physical therapy combined with water exercise rehabilitation therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 months of treatment, the amplitude of surface electromyographic activity and MCV of common peroneal nerve in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the walking speed of 10 m, activity of ankle dorsiflexion active joint and lower extremity score of FMA in the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The physical therapy combined with water exercise rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis quality of patients with common peroneal nerve injury, and promote the surface electromyogram indexes to be normal, which is worth popularizing and using.
