摘　　要：结合模具人才培养的实际,从"卓越人才"的教育理念构建特色专业课程体系;深化校企合作,共育模具卓越人才;打造"双师型"教师队伍,拓展模具技能人才培养深度等方面探讨了模具卓越技能人才培养的研究与实践。Combining with the practical situation of die & mould talents training, the special professional courses system was constructed following the educational concept of "outstanding talents". It proposed to deepen school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate outstanding mould talents, create vocational school teacher with both teaching and vocational certificate, expand the training depth of die & mould skills talents, for discussing the research and practice of excellent skilled talents training.
