摘　　要：1932年建立的川陕苏区是中华苏维埃共和国的第二大区域。中国共产党在川陕苏区两年多的局部执政实践,是治国安邦的一次预演,为近代以来实现民族独立、国家解放,实现中华民族伟大复兴之路提供了有益的经验探索,为马克思主义在四川的传播与加快马克思主义中国化进程造就和准备了一支强大的人才队伍。党在川陕苏区局部执政的过程中,在植入革命观念、彰显人民立场、积极应对战争等方面积累不少重要经验和启示,是马克思主义关于人民立场认识中国化的全过程,去挖掘与总结这一历史期间的经验与教训,有助于新时代改进和提升党的执政能力建设,提供思想资源与有益启示。The Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area established in 1932 is the second largest area of the Chinese Soviet Republic.CPC’s local ruling practice in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area for more than two years is a rehearsal for the governance of the country.It provides a useful experience for the realization of national independence,national liberation,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in modern times.It also forges and prepares a talent team for the spread of Marxism in Sichuan and the acceleration of Marxism localization in China.In the process of local governance in the Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet area,the Party has accumulated a lot of important experience and enlightenment in implanting revolutionary concepts,demonstrating the people’s position,and actively responding to the war.It is the whole process of localization of the Marxist understanding of the people’s position in China.Exploring and summarizing these experiences and lessons of this historical period will help the Party in the new era to improve and enhance its ability to govern,and provide ideological resources and useful enlightenment.
